The 2024 Men Impacting the Community Awards presented by the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce and Pinnacle Financial Partners took place on Thursday, March 21, from 11:00 - 1:30pm at Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club in Hendersonville! This event is dedicated to encouraging and honoring the men impacting the community. The event was emceed by Fox 17 evening news anchor, Scott Couch, and consisted of a networking luncheon with three guest speakers (Bill Ganon, Dr. Justin Moseley, and Greg Yandell.)  

 Seven outstanding men were recognized for their hard work, volunteer efforts and impact on the community. The categories presented were business, education, non-profit/ civic organization, young professional (under 40), healthcare, legacy, and military/first responder. The Chamber took nominations in each of seven categories and these men were nominated by their peers. The winners for the 2024 Men Impacting the Community were as follows:

 HealthCare Impact- Dr. Marc Tressler – Hughston Clinic Orthopedics

Education Impact- Principal Adam Cripps- Ellis Middle School

Non-Profit Impact- Michael Lajoie – Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County, TN

Young Professional Impact- Zach Williams – Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce

Business Impact- Bryson McCarley- Bryson McCarley State Farm Agency

Military/ First Responder Impact- Chris Johnson – Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law

Legacy Impact – Chief Mickey Miller – Retired Hendersonville Police Department
