Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with Union University and Luanne Powell, Senior Program Director for the School of Adult and Professional Studies, to launch this four-part Chamber University leadership series, sponsored by Meta.

Session 2 of Chamber University focuses on the traits and approaches that define effective leadership. This session will help participants better understand their personal leadership style by identifying individual strengths and exploring how those strengths align with different roles within an organization. Through guided discussion and the 16 Personalities Assessment, attendees will gain practical insight into how personality, communication style, and natural abilities influence leadership effectiveness. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and practical strategies for applying their strengths to lead teams more effectively.

This four-class series is designed to provide ongoing professional development for business owners and their teams throughout the year. Attend individually or invest in your employees to build stronger leaders within your organization.

Join us and take the next step in developing leaders who move your business forward.
