CycleBar invests in Cutting Edge Air for Members
Boutique Fitness Studio Boasts Safest Place to Workout in Hendersonville
Hendersonville, Tennessee: Today, CycleBar Hendersonville, a boutique fitness studio specializing in indoor cycling, announced that they are among the first fitness centers in Hendersonville to install the award-winning REME HALO in-duct air purifying unit by RGF Environmental Group, Inc. The unit is installed directly into the studio HVAC system and actively distributes hydroperoxide that is circulated throughout the cycling theatre, community room, and front lobby and disinfectants every surface that comes in contact with the air. Hydrogen peroxide is a proven disinfectant with 99% efficacy in neutralizing viruses, bacteria and mold. When SARS-CoV arrived in Canada in 2003, Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) became the recommended disinfectant technology of choice by healthcare providers. The purifier is currently in short supply from the manufacturer due to overwhelming demand.
“We wanted to create an environment where people would feel comfortable returning to our fitness center during this COVID pandemic”, says Devika Kumar, CycleBar franchise owner. “We realize (understandably so) that people may be nervous so we decided to make the investment and installed the REME Halo so that our members feel safe to workout when we open. We have a reputation for being a very clean workout facility and this added investment will ensure we are among the safest.”
CycleBar Hendersonville will re-open it’s doors on Monday, May 4th to current members for the first week with limited capacity. Beginning the week of May 11th, the studio will open up to new riders.
