Paul Mitchell the School Nashville now open in Hendersonville, Grand Opening celebration on November 6, 2019 at 12 noon

(Hendersonville, Tenn) — Paul Mitchell Schools proudly announce the opening of their newest school, Paul Mitchell the School Nashville, located in Hendersonville. The school owners, along with Paul Mitchell Cofounder and CEO John Paul DeJoria and Dean and Cofounder of Paul Mitchell Schools Winn Claybough, will be in attendance at the upcoming Grand Opening celebration.

The 13,600-square-foot building was designed to train as many as 250 students at a time. Like all Paul Mitchell Schools, the Hendersonville location will work and educate exclusively with Paul Mitchell products, and instructors and students will follow an aggressive, world-class educational and cultural development program.

“I’m so excited to welcome Paul Mitchell the School Nashville to the Paul Mitchell family,” Winn Claybaugh, cofounder of Paul Mitchell Schools, said. “Like every school in our network, this school’s owners and staff share our common mission of doing so much more than merely producing beauty school graduates. We’re out to change the industry by making better human beings.”

“We are truly excited to be moving back into the Hendersonville / Nashville market.” states Dale Jones, co-owner, “The need for our future professionals continues to grow. Our Murfreesboro and Knoxville locations have been growing over the past few years and we are proud to bring the excellent reputation we’re known for to this market.”

Team members at Paul Mitchell Schools believe that education is an adventure and the learning experience needs to be fun. Each school is a learning community that provides future professionals with the opportunities to develop essential skills while exploring their talents, passion, and creativity.

Paul Mitchell Schools are also committed to making a difference in the world. Through their annual “FUNraising” campaigns, Paul Mitchell future professionals and staff members across the country have raised and donated more than $21 million to charitable organizations in the last 17 years. They’ve built homes with Habitat for Humanity; they feed thousands of African orphans each day; and they’ve supported the victims of AIDS, breast cancer, homelessness, hurricanes, abuse, and hundreds of other causes. They’ve also formed student-run “Go Green Teams” to find ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle in their schools, and “Be Nice (Or Else!) Teams” to support their fellow students and local communities through a variety of programs and outreach activities. In addition, a portion of the cost of every student technical kit is donated to the American Forest Global ReLeaf Program to help replace America's trees.
